How We Work

If you’re interested to learn more about Mint Solutions, we’ll take you through our process, so you know what to expect when working with us.

  • Initial Consultation. We always start with an initial consultation, where we discuss your needs and requirements for the project. We aim to always deliver 100% customer satisfaction, so we take the time to learn about what you’re looking for.

 

  • Post-Work Consultation. Once we’ve got a better idea of what you need, we’ll draft a proposal and conceptualize the design integration. At this stage, we get feedback from our customers to ensure that they are happy with the plan before we proceed to signing the agreement. Upon signing, we’ll ask for a 60% deposit as an initial payment.

 

  • Installation Schedule. After receiving the deposit, we’ll start ordering the parts and do any needed pre-work preparations. While this is happening, our team will stay in touch with you to keep you updated and schedule an installation date.

 

  • Installation. On the agreed date, we’ll install the systems and equipment, as outlined in the finalized proposal. We’ll also do a post-installation call to get your feedback and make sure you are completely satisfied with the results.
